Robert Pedler
Chief Executive Officer
Robert Pedler joined Zer01 Pty Ltd as Chief Executive Officer in August 2008, bringing over 28 valuable years of experience in the IT&T industry.
Following senior roles with Unisys and Telstra, Rob obtained a Master of Business including a major in marketing from Charles Sturt University, and has since spent over 8 years with SAP Australia Pty Ltd. Most recently, Rob worked as General Manager of SAP’s Northern Region and as a member of the SAP ANZ leadership team.
Rob’s professional expertise, together with his contributions to the Australian Information Industry Association and the Queensland ICT Workgroup, has earnt him a reputation amongst the SAP and IT&T communities that is second to none. With drive and a visionary approach, Rob is well equipped to steer Zer01 into the next phase of its journey. His appointment in leading the Zer01 team is indicative of exciting times ahead for the company.
Thorsten Scholz
Practice Leader – Sustainability: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
Thorsten Scholz is a key strategist behind Zer01’s Sustainability HSE stream. He brings over twelve years of experience in designing, developing and implementing HSE software solutions including operational and management systems. Throughout his career, Thorsten has acquired solid HSE domain expertise as a compliment to his background in Information Technology.
Thorsten has worked in the United States of America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia and brings great enthusiasm and passion about Health, Safety and Environmental topics. His knowledge in SAP solutions for HSE requirements is unrivalled in the Australasian region. Indeed Thorsten is acknowledged as being a thought-leader in SAP Sustainability and HSE by customers and partners alike.
Jacek Gajewski
Managing Consultant - GRC Security
Jacek Gajewski is a Managing Security Consultant with over 10 years of SAP GRC and Security consulting experience. Jacek has worked on several international implementations in Australia, Europe, and South Africa and has experience across most SAP ERP modules. Jacek is also a certified SAP consultant having completed SAP BI academy training, which has allowed him to specialise in BI and SEM security design solutions.
Jacek has been involved in several multi-component system implementation projects utilizing CUA and HR position-based security models. He has worked across a number of industries including Resources, Manufacturing, Government and Finance. Jacek has also performed independent reviews and audits of SAP security, conducted risk assessments, implemented control frameworks and has conducted several SAP security training courses.
Richard Enever
Senior Consultant - GRC Security
Richard Enever is a well respected SAP Security and Controls specialist who has over 12 years experience working in SAP environments, where he has project managed various complex implementations, upgrades and live environments. As a security specialist, Richard has been responsible for all security aspects of SAP systems.
Richard’s most prominent expertise was gained whilst fulfilling the role of Australian competency lead for ERP Security and Controls whilst working with a tier 1 services firm, and in the role of GRC lead whilst working with one of the Big 4. As a project manager, Richard has managed various implementations and the delivery of support of the SAP application and environment for clients, with responsibility for managing both software and hardware components.
Lisa Kelly
Chief Financial Officer
Lisa Kelly has twelve years experience as a qualified CPA and brings to the Zer01 CFO role a wealth of Financial and Management expertise. Her experience includes over 8 years experience with SAP in various management roles in both Finance and Field Services including Finance Manager of Australia and New Zealand. Further to this Lisa has also gained experience on SAP customer implementations in various roles including Implementation Manager.
Lisa’s contribution to Zer01 over the past 18 months including her drive to streamline from an operational perspective and her advice and guidance on commercial, governance and legal issues has been integral to our success.
Meredith Andrew
HR and Resourcing Manager
Meredith Andrew is an Arts graduate with over 10 years experience in HR and resourcing roles. Throughout her career, Meredith has worked in NZ, Australia and the UK and for over 6 years focussed on the cross divisional Temporary, Fixed Term and Permanent resourcing and recruitment for a global American Investment bank based in London.
Meredith’s aim is to attract and retain top tier SAP talent to Zer01 through a mixture of direct, search and referral recruiting methods. Meredith’s other mission is to ensure a company wide commitment to enhancing our culture, diversity and learning & development opportunities.
